Nuffield Health City gym has a great atmosphere, with friendly members and staff who are always welcoming and helpful. I especially enjoy the classes run by Kevin K (Bodypump) and Salima S (Bodypump Heavy). They are knowledgeable, motivating, and make every session engaging and enjoyable. Their enthusiasm creates a positive environment that keeps me coming back and helps me stay consistent with my fitness goals. Overall, it's an excellent gym with a supportive community, great facilities, and outstanding instructors. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to exercise and improve their health and fitness.

Been to many of the Nuffields Branch they were all amazing but the one in Cannon Street was hands down the best one. From cleanliness and maintenance of the gym to experience with staff everything is top tier. Special shoutout to staff member Stephen who helped me out was unsure on how to do a workout was hesitant to ask anyone but he approached me and helped me out

Nuffield City Gym is a great all-round facility. The spa area is a real highlight, the gym is always clean, and the staff are consistently helpful and friendly. There are plenty of lockers and is also well-equipped and convenient, which adds to the overall experience. I also like that there’s no gym music, which makes the space quieter and more relaxing. The atmosphere makes it a very enjoyable place to train and unwind. One thing that could be improved is the opening and closing hours, as earlier openings and later closing times would make it much more convenient. It would also be great to have more pec deck and leg extension machines, especially during busier periods.

I joined Nutfield 3 months ago, and unfortunately the women’s changing room equipment is always not working. The hairdryer and swimwear dryer are often broken, and most of the time the body cream is finished. I have complained to the staff several times, but they don’t really seem to care when issues are reported. Also, there is too much chlorine in the jacuzzi. As soon as you enter, the water feels very strong and it makes my skin dry and my eyes itchy I’m not only one noticed this. Another annoying thing is that the jacuzzi keeps switching off while you are relaxing. You have to get out and press the button again to make the bubbles work. Normally this should happen automatically. And dirty chairs in changing room too . Apart from these issues, the rest of the club is good. However, I’m giving 2 stars because I’m disappointed and frustrated that the equipment is constantly not working.
