I was staying just up the road from this studio last week, and went to Anna's morning flow class almost every day. She is a wonderful instructor who puts together a class that really sets the tone for a great rest of the day. Usually a mix of some vinyasa and balance poses with a focus on the breathe. The setting is super cool being somewhat outdoors, there's lots of trees to be seen at all times, and you can hear a small stream throughout class. The class is in English or Spanish depending on the students, but Anna makes sure everyone is on the same page in any case. Mat rental is free, and she does an evening class as well. I highly recommend checking it out!

I attended Anna's class this morning on the Casa Kiwi Rooftop. It is the perfect place for a morning flow! The yoga was gentle yet challenging at times and Anna offered assistance throughout the class where needed. Would definitely recommend - it's most affordable yoga in Medellin.
