Super friendly people and a great place to work out.
The gym is super big and it has everything but the registration rules are crazy. You have to give more details that I’m giving the police and even your fingerprint which is super private and irrelevant . You can only pay with card that each person can pay their own with card , which means that if a group of friends wants to pay altogether it’s not possible which makes zero sense. And when it comes to buying water, you can only do it with coins. I’ve never heard of anything more controversial than that .
Stay away from this dirty dump. The gym is not clean at all, the lockers are falling apart, the bathroom and shower areas are so disgusting. The machines are so dirty and scuzzy. They are also very sketchy with the cancellation policy. One has to really be on top of it to make sure it happens properly, they just want to continue charging and if you are going to be leaving Madrid, make sure it happens before you go or they will continue charging your card and tell you that the cancellation conditions are very clear, which they are not. The staff at the front desk and the manager are super unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. This place is a shame to the Holiday Gym Franchise.

Customers’ rights are completely ignored, and everything seems to be only for their close friends.”
The cancellation policy for the gym is an absolute joke. You cant cancel after the 5th of the month prior. Scammy gym with unhelpful staff. Definitely not worth the price for such shitty customer service. They just want to rip people off at every opportunity, if you forget your bracelet you have to pay to go in, if you need to reactivate your bracelet you have to pay. Ok equipment, terrible staff and even worse policies. Stay away!
