Le Sport Health and Fitness

I joined Le Sport in Oct 25 and immediately knew I'd made the right decision. I've been a member of other gyms previously and while they all had their good points, I didn't feel quite at home in any of them (I'm 63 with a dodgy back and an occasionally questionable attitude). I joined, along with my 'gym buddy' on the Platinum membership which also includes 4 personal training sessions a month. Which, as we joined as a pair, we were able to double up and actually have 8 PT sessions a month between us. This provides exceptional value for money. Our PT Ryan is a just fantastic. He pushes us enough so we really feel the benefit but also takes into consideration our concerns for past injuries. He explains the exercises in full and why we're doing them and what benefits we'll gain. A mention must be given to the extraordinary range and quality of equipment at Le Sport. It really is like nothing else I've seen anywhere. Above all I have found all the staff extremely friendly and helpful and can see me being a member here for a very long time!

I've been a member of Le Sport for around 6 months now. The staff are so friendly and knowledgable and the range of equipment is the best I've ever seen in any gym. Since training with LeSport I've noticed major improvements in my physique thanks to the wide range of machines making it so easy to isolate each muscle/group I'm wanting to target. All equipment is maintained perfectly as well, with no tears in seats/supports, and no loose/missing bolts or pins on machinery either. A great gym that I can't recommend highly enough.

Been a gym goer for most of my life and this is up there with the best! It's like a tardis inside, plenty of equipment even when it's busy. Also the staff are superb, full of energy and knowledge, fantastic place 👍 thanks so much to the team 👍👍👍

Joined up this morning, had my first work out straight away. Very friendly staff which is always good. The equipment is phenomenal and absolutely loads of room to get your perfect workout done. Still the best gym in the area by far 💪

Came for a day session and was completely blown away, with how friendly the staff were and how insane the pieces of kit they have. Best gym I've been to! Definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is a bodybuilder or anyone that enjoys training. Will definitely be back in the future!
