Everlast Gyms - Bristol Filton

Having only joined 6 weeks ago, from another gym, I love DW. It’s clean and all the equipment functioning...the lockers have taken a bit to get my head round but I can work them now! The pol is nice and calming, with spa pool. Only niggle is that there is only one water fountain in the gym.

The gym itself is great except from any of the weights never being in the correct places. However, the customer service is dreadful, the staff are polite and nice to talk too but they ensure everything takes as long as possible to try and extort as much money as possible. Having left bristol in June I am still having to pay membership in July, August and September despite not having used the gym since june.

Very good gym within the club, but often hot because the air con was non existant, the swimming pool/spa facilities were the biggest disappointment, either busy and or not working as they should, so steam room for example would just be a damp room, then the jacuzzi would be not the right temperature, wouldn't recommend especially with no get out clause

Very rude and patronising staff when queried about membership on the phone, it gave me a very bad impression before even visiting the gym. Not only the staff on the phone didn't seem to be able to understand some basic questions but also rude in her reply. DW how do you build a service in today's competitive market with your customer service/membership team behaving like this? People like this should have more training done before picking up the phone again.
