I had an incredibly thorough and effective body massage at Body Mind with Vicente. From the start, it was clear that he has an exceptional ability to identify areas of tension and discomfort. He discovered a tremendous amount of built-up tension in my back that I hadn't fully realized was there and worked tirelessly to release it. My legs had been causing me significant problems for quite some time, and I arrived feeling uncomfortable and restricted. By the end of the session, I was able to walk back to my hotel without pain - a result I honestly didn't expect. What impressed me most was Vicente's remarkable intuition. It's as if he has X-ray vision for finding exactly where the problems are hidden, combined with hands capable of reaching deep into the muscles to resolve them. Every technique felt purposeful, precise, and highly skilled. I can't thank Vicente enough for the relief he provided. This was one of the best therapeutic massages I have ever received, and I would recommend Body Mind without hesitation to anyone dealing with pain, tension, or mobility issues. An outstanding experience from start to finish.

Great massage with Vicente today. Booking online was easy, and check-in was smooth. I'm still fairly new to Valencia and learning Spanish, but Vicente spoke enough English to make me feel comfortable and to check in on pressure and preferences throughout. The massage itself was excellent. He found all the right spots and used just the right amount of pressure - therapeutic without being painful. I left feeling relaxed and noticeably better. He also gave me helpful advice on heat therapy and stretches to get me through until my next visit, which I really appreciated. I'll definitely be back.

Love this place! It helps to know exactly what you want to focus on, whether it's a relaxing massage or working on a specific area that needs attention. You might need to try a couple of options to see what suits you best. I have to say, Silvia was particularly great. She was very attentive. I mentioned that I wanted to focus on my neck, and even without much explanation she pinpointed the exact area where I have the biggest issue and worked it out perfectly. The worst experience of my life. I had it as a bday gift( a headspa). The girl had no idea what she was doing. She didn't even know how to adjust the water or HOW to out a towel on my head afterwards and she asked me to do it myself. After that she asked me if I want to blow dry the hair myself. When I told her what is included in the package she said she can dry it( she didn't). I left the studio with wet and greasy hair, since she didn't remove the oil from my face and after washing my hair did a massage on the face that left oil on the hair.. When my friends saw me being disappointed they called the studio and they said the manager didn't speak english, when we said we speak spanish they said the manager is super busy she works a lot. Well if she did work a lot indeed maybe the place would be nice to visit.
