I had my birthday Pilates reformer class at Dharma Estudio, and the experience was amazing! I highly recommend this studio if you are looking for a special event. I went there with my friends, and the decoration for the party was insane! Disco balls, gift bags (they actually put Pilates socks inside), stickers, beautiful glasses with ribbons, and cupcakes that were really delicious. Our instructor was Gabriella — she brought such positive energy. The explanation of the exercises was easy to follow, and the class was really interesting, with many different devices. The communication with the studio was the best! They are super friendly and nice, always answering all your questions and really caring to make your day special. My friends and I all felt so welcomed and had such a nice girly time. I highly recommend visiting this studio! And thank you to the owners for making my day so special ❤️🎉🎀🧘♀️
Dimitria is one of the best Pilates instructors in Barcelona. The class was challenging and motivating, with clear instructions and great attention given to every participant. The studio is excellent as well — modern, well-equipped, and with top‑quality facilities. A real differentiator is the small class size, which makes the sessions much more personalized and significantly improves the overall quality of the experience. Highly recommend!
I really enjoyed my class at Dharma Estudio. The instructor, Suru, is amazing and teaches the class in English, which made everything easy to follow. He explains the movements clearly and pays attention to technique. The equipment and materials are great quality, and the studio feels clean and well-designed. The class focused on stretching but was also tough in a good way — challenging yet very rewarding. Highly recommend! No towel or shower is provided, please bring your own.
[ PILATES REFORMER ] The class was amazing! The studio itself is beautiful and has such a peaceful atmosphere, but the real highlight was Dimitria. She is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure everyone gets the movements and positioning just right. Her guidance made the class even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for more of her sessions!
A little and intimate Pilates Reformer studio (there is yoga too but I only do Pilates); with just six carriages you get plenty of attention from the teacher - who btw is a physician. Classes run from 7a to 7p most days.
