The gym is always clean and tidy. Most of the machines are brand new. Although a few are old, these are maintained adequately. The personnel is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The view to mesogeion av. functions as a natural stress relief. Nothing negative to mention really for the gym and its staff. Both are excellent. However, and knowingly that this is not a problem of the gym itself, and I have seen it in others too, there is always the "witty" that will leave his towel on one machine only to use another... thus booking it for later! Some will even "book" this way the trading mills! Profoundly clever, not. Reminds me of a similar phenomenon in the beach, where som people will leave an umbrella and a towel overnight so as to return the next day at their leisure.

I really like this gym. It has all the equipment you could need to build muscle, along with a solid cardio section. Some of the highlights for me are the vertical Smith machine, hip thrust machine, Olympic lifting platform area, and the T-bar row machine, among many others. Since my focus is on powerlifting, I appreciate that they have everything I need for both my main lifts and accessory work. They even provide items most gyms don’t, like lifting belts and resistance bands. The atmosphere is what I’d call family-like. People genuinely care about who’s training there, they’re friendly in a sincere way, always proactive, and willing to help. Cleanliness is another big plus. Most members use towels, and I’ve never had to use a dirty machine. Everything feels well-maintained and hygienic.
Might not look as fancy as some of the other gyms in this price range, but in my opinion it is quite superior and definitely worth the approx 50 euro per month fee. The equipment might be on the older sight, but it is well maintained, and it is kind of cool to have access to more "old-school" equipmment. Finally, the staff are top notch, always happy to help and you will never feel unwanted or intimidated by more experienced lifters (I myself am a relative beginner, and have certainly never felt belittled or anxious). Even once, without aksing for help, a staff member came up to me to slightly correct my movement on one of the machines!
