Yogamudra

This is my second time at the workshop with Ola and Piotr, and for the second time I leave feeling like it was truly special. It's packed with value: lots of yoga practice, interesting and profound conversations on various topics, and wonderfully guided meditations that I'm increasingly open to. Plus, a wonderful group of people who create an incredible atmosphere, and delicious food - everything was planned down to the last detail. Thank you for this time and space. I'll definitely be back again ❤️

Udział w sylwestrowym wydarzeniu organizowanym przez Yogamudra był doświadczeniem wyjątkowej jakości. Przemyślana koncepcja, uważne prowadzenie zajęć oraz spójność pomiędzy praktyką jogi, przestrzenią i obecnością prowadzących stworzyły atmosferę prawdziwego wyciszenia i odnowy. Nie był to zwykły wyjazd, lecz świadomie zaprojektowany czas przejścia między zakończeniem a nowym początkiem, prowadzony z kulturą, spokojem i autentyczną troską o uczestników. Z pełnym przekonaniem polecam.

Piotrek and Ola create an incredibly friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I especially recommend the workshops and retreats with Yogamudra. India and Bhutan offer not only a great dose of yoga but also fantastic experiences and unforgettable moments in exotic corners of the world in great company. ❤️🙏🧘‍♂️

Yoga schools have sprung up in Poland like mushrooms after the rain. It's not easy to find a gem like Piotr's Yogamudra training or a workshop at a treatment center, for example, at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. I'm impressed by the instructor's knowledge of yoga, his complete understanding, and his ease in conveying information about yoga, the way of life according to the Yoga Sutras, and philosophy. However, if you're just interested in the physical aspect, you'll also find some stretching and exercise :) Thanks to Piotr's retreat, I regained my composure, recharged my batteries, and gained a new perspective on life - and that was only in three days! Let alone if I attended classes regularly! I envy the people of Warsaw who can practice with Piotr every day :)
