best and biggest gym i've ever been, everyone who loves bodybuilding or normal strenght training should give this gym a go. 10 EUR entry is really fair
Great, with a huge variety of machines, for all types of exercise, mainly bodybuilding, which is what the gym is known for. It also has a cardio section that's being expanded. The Personal Trainer offering is also diverse, and I'm very happy with my results. 4th gym I've signed up for, first one I've managed to keep training over a month (going on 6)! Couldn't be happier with the choice
Blown away by this gym! Had no idea it was the BIGGEST IN EUROPE until how obvious it was when I stepped in. A Day Pass at €10 is very fair considering what the gym has to offer. I would have happily paid €20. I have never seen so much equipment, across so many areas too. Welcoming staff. Incredibly clean equipment. You'll be hard pushed to find a gym this good.
Incredible gym for bodybuilding, weightlifting and powerlifting! They have just about every machine you could imagine. They even had competition bars, weights and platforms for powerlifting which was awesome! Highly reccomend
If I was able to then I would have rated it 4.5. I really enjoyed this GYM. Its one of the better ones I've trained in whilst abroad. I was very impressed at the size of the place, almost as you think you've sused the size... another room appears. Good for the ladies as it has an extensive legs and glutes area. Price for day pass was very reasonable, although i cant even remember now,... i would guess at 10-15 Euros!! I liked the way this gym was well maintained and the equipment appeared new. The machines selection was crazy.. very impressed. All in all, if you're training here while on holiday, you will not have a bad experience. In actual fact, I sent a few videos to friends and they liked it so much that they have saved a visit on their next trip to Lisbon
