Plus points are as follows: Lighting is kept dim Solar for uninterrupted Air Conditioning Security Guard at the gate Enclosed environment via biometric entrance A lifted floor for cardio which provides a fine separation from the machines Overall, 10/10 environment

Have joined them since last year and my overall experience is really good regarding ambiance, routine, machinery etc Specially am truly satisfied with my trainer though who is very enthusiastic and motivating in all situations... bundle of thnx to her So far truly impressed and satisfied by all means Alhamdulillah

I've been going there for over six months now, and I've had an amazing experience with everyone! From Mr. Tanveer, the security guard, to Mr. Hammad, the reception guy, they're all fantastic at what they do. I'm also working out with my mentor, Mr. Shahrooz, who's super nice and cheerful.You can defiantly achieve your goals with him.If you're new to the gym or just starting out, you should definitely check out this place!

Overall, it's a good gym with a pleasant ambiance and genuinely kind trainers. However, female timings would be better set from 10 am to 4 pm. The cleanliness of the lockers and washroom area needs significant improvement, as the odor is often unpleasant.
