Had a great day and a cracking last bowl to save the day, for a draw at least. Really enjoyed the hospitality and we sandwiches and tea mid-break. It's beautiful when you're with two rings and it looks out over the trees to the Swinburne university.
Beautiful venue with excellent catering. The greens are very true and fast! Be careful for parking. The main car park at the front is only 2 hours. If visiting the club, they can usually supply a car pass.

Beautiful bowling green, with 2 grass greens. As of this writing, the grass surface was one of the best surfaces I've rolled on. The people were warm and welcoming and the clubrooms were comfortable and clean. Well worth a visit, if bowls is your thing!
I played there a while ago and sorry for the late review. I didn't play the team that happens to have their name on the entrance but nevertheless it's a fantastic club. As the name suggests it's the MCC bowls section and it has a magnificent history and yes it's part of the MCC which makes it a very healthy club financially which is very important if you are to be a club that want's to be around for years to come. This is one of two clubs that they have and which I'll be making a review very shortly. This one as I said is very well kept club and everything inside is very much associated with the cricket and the MCG in photos and it's history. Again a club that it would be great to visit just to see the history behind it
