I always faced issues with my shoulder and every time I exercised I had terrible pains. After visiting Gener8 by Somis, the instructor took me through certain exercises that never caused me pain again, while I also started seeing the difference on my body. Highly recommended
Favourite gym in Paralimni! Always clean and tidy💪🫶🏻
The gym is amazing, it’s like a family there and you get so much good support! Thank you somis and avgou. I wish every gym would be like this!
I love this gym! Somis is so helpful for newbies and gives you as much guidance as you need. Loads of good equipment and it's super clean! The problem I found before in Cyprus is the gyms don't open early! I can be in at 6am and out before I start work. 1000% recommend!
One of the cleanest if not the cleanest fitness facility I ever visited! Super friendly & helpful staff.
