I regularly train at CrossFit Heidelberg. There are classes every morning and every afternoon during the week. Classes are at 5:00 and 6:00 AM and PM with specific women's classes a little later in the morning. Classes are well structured and never the same as any previous class. This keeps workouts exiting and ensuring a total body workout if you attended regularly. Instruction is only given by the owner and head instructor Reinhardt Basson and his wife Nadia, both exceptional and dedicated exponents of the CrossFit discipline. Safety and technique are imperatives in the instruction. Even though it is hard work, the environment is always friendly, fun and professional and students are allowed to perform within their own limitations and fitness levels. It is a absolute blast to train here and I highly recommend it, even if you are a couch potato now! Monthly subscriptions are low if compared to similar operations in other places.
