Loved every minute, the fabulous instructor and her daughter made the experience very fun and didn't make us feel uncomfortable or like newbies. My body was sore afterwards, but it was totally worth it!

Next Level Fitness is a fun and exciting way to get fit. The best part about Pole Fitness with Jacs is she is supportive, friendly and encouraging, she helps you where you need help and she is very understanding. Pole fitness has nothing to do with trying to be sexy, it is like gyming except you are using your own body weigh and creating something beautiful with your body
Absolutely amazing! Such a great group of people and a wonderful, fun way to get a proper workout! I always become bored with gyming or doing workouts at home, but pole has kept me going. Thank you so much to our instructors for the amazing work you guys do with us, it has given me such a confidence boost!
