Was invited by a friend as part of women's month celebration to a self-defence course and a nice fitness exercise session that was held by Cape Wineland Karate Club. I realy enjoyed it and realized how relaxing 😌 and important it is for our woman just to know the basics of self-defence. Thank you guys for give us the opportunity for free.
