One of the two best gyms in Larnaca with reasonable prices and WAY MORE than enough modern equipment with one of the best brands 'Panatta' and also good personel. Few small problems though: It can get quite hot even with the A/Cs turned on during the hottest days of summer. Male changing rooms/bathrooms tend to be dirty most of the time. I give the gym 4.5 stars out of 5.
Equipment is fantastic and of a great variety. However, there is a strong issue with ACs. It is always hot there, functional training area has just fans. It becomes almost impossible to do HIIT during the late spring and summer time there. I almost fainted 2 times there. Changing rooms are not being cleaned enough and it is even hotter there - almost like sauna. Changing rooms are seem to be from the stone age and provide not enough sitting areas to change clothes. Would be nice to have AC there as well. Since I do not have a better choice I will continue attending and will have to adjust my program to match these conditions 😭.
A decent gym with good equipment, but it’s wild to me how the place always feels like a sauna. It’s always so hot inside. Turn down the AC please! We cannot breathe in here.
Be careful who you trust with your wellbeing. This happened at a gym in Larnaca, where I had been a loyal member for almost a year, training 4 times a week — until last Saturday. While using one of the machines, the owner of the club literally ran up to me and started yelling — not just correcting me, but shouting aggressively in front of the entire gym, claiming I was "using the equipment wrong" and that he "doesn’t need clients like me." It wasn’t just unprofessional — it was humiliating. Two other members came over to support me, having witnessed the entire scene, but I couldn’t continue training after that. At the reception, I calmly asked if the owner would take responsibility for his behavior. The staff member simply said, "That’s our policy." So I suppose yelling at clients — especially a man yelling at a woman — is considered acceptable here. I'm sharing this story widely, because people deserve to feel safe, respected, and supported in the spaces they trust with their physical and mental health.
