Nice and fresh. It's new. Many different types of machines. Mostly good environment. But, as usual at all gyms, there are those who don't respect others. Talk loudly. Go barefoot. Take your own locker. Don't pick up after yourself. But above all, many people come in with outdoor shoes. The staff needs to be better at reminding everyone of the rules that apply to everyone's well-being. I stopped training in Kista for that reason. Then it's good to think about doing something about the summer sun that makes it unbearable to run on the treadmills. Some protection from the sun and better ventilation. That said, the majority behave themselves and most of the staff are nice. When you come in, I want to at least be greeted by a look from the person standing at the counter. Just saying hello, nodding to show that you care makes a difference instead of staring at a screen.
Gym is good but lacks the inner adductors machine which is quite important for a leg day, might need to change gyms because of it :(
