The Gym (and Rachel and Jake) is exceptionally good. I have recently had an operation and the surgeon commented that my fitness contributed to the excellent recovery I have made so far. Now, in recovery, continued gym classes are essential to ensuring I have the best chance of surviving further treatment . The fit for life classes are absolutely right for people my age (77).

Great gym with very friendly staff. The equipment is above average and in great shape, especially at this price point. Plate loaded machines that are better than the purple themed commercial gym chain I normally attend. I was very happy with my workout and stayed for a solid two hours pushing myself. This review is after only my first visit, but I will be attending again before I leave town.
I’ve been going to Strength Nation for 5 months now and I love it! The equipment is amazing, you have everything you need for a full body workout, plus all the fancy stuff. It’s very well kept, always clean and tidy. The showers & sauna are both pretty luxurious. The staff are really friendly and always open and willing to give help when needed. Overall a great gym!!! No faults whatsoever.
