My favourite gym, so much variety, such friendly and helpful service. This gym and their management team go out of their way to help out and make the gym a healthy environment. I feel so comfortable at this gym. Also not over priced.
It hasn’t been a month started gyming, value for money I can say that’s definitely main reason to join and with extra equipment to utilize. All I can say is that the reception ladies are so rude and I have never experienced such service with my previous gym. Please ensure that the staff is aware and friendly towards members, no need to be rude.
I've been here for 4 years now. Signed a new 2 year contract last year after completing a 3 year contract. I used to love this gym. Unfortunately, it has become severely overcrowded. The mall's parking isn't even sufficient. To make all this worse, you never have access to the crossfit area, due to classes. Almost every night. There's equipment in there that I pay to use. I was told that I'll have access to all of it when signing up, which is not to case as preference is given to classes. I feel like I don't get what I paid for, or what was promised. Seriously considering paying the required 30% of the remainder of my contract. It's sad, because I can honestly say I've changed my life through this gym. If only long time members were put first instead of profits.
Started going to the gym with my wife, we were doing a trial run so no long term contract, thankfully. It was very pleasant at first but that did not last very long. The owner Ryan views the place as his personal harem, it was not long before he made his intentions clear to my wife. Seems as though it was a challenge as he kept on pursuing her to ne end. To make matters worse O started getting messages from one of the reception ladies whoch started as innocent encouragement but got progressively more personal and inviting. After many time or rebuffing the advances I got a message informing me of what was going on with my wife, and was also informed to relax as this is the way things go at the gym. It seems as though everyone indulges their fantasies and there is a complete lack of good judgement. My wife and myself are working through this relationship assault with much pain and can honestly say this must be laid at the facilities door whole heartedly. So if you or your partner gym here be on your guard and watchful.
