Excellent personal trainer! I had absolutely no self-confidence. Greg provided me with a program perfectly tailored to my needs thanks to his professional skills. I was 9 kg overweight. I lost it in just two months! The cardio, strength training, and nutrition program was top-notch. Thanks to his energy and very consistent follow-up, I succeeded. A huge thank you to him! I highly recommend him.
The group sessions had a great atmosphere. The coaching was supportive and rigorous, always with a focus on progress. Thank you, Greg, for your commitment and professionalism.
