This is my second time here. It's great for a quick workout in the early morning. The facilities are well-maintained and clean.
A typical 24-hour gym. The power rack is so close to the wall that removing weights is incredibly inconvenient; it makes you wonder why they installed it there. I've never been during the peak hours for working adults, but it's usually fairly empty (though sometimes someone uses the power rack for about an hour). So, if proximity to home is your top priority, I think it's a good option.
I've been coming here since it opened. I'm very grateful for all the service, but lately there have been far too many people with bad manners. The most common problem is people who wear earphones to listen to music, so the sound from the machines, or rather the free-rate machines, is incredibly loud. They seem to have no idea how loud they are making and how much of a nuisance they're causing to others because they can't hear properly. However, aside from that, the staff are very thorough with the cleaning, and I enjoy using the facilities.
The Wi-Fi is extremely weak. The changing rooms are inexplicably shared by both men and women, and only for men. They clearly haven't considered female users. The facilities are generally cramped. The Hatchobori location has better layout for the changing rooms and showers, and offers more privacy. The equipment is too close. It's incredibly crowded on weekends.
Sunday: open 24 hours. It is closed on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Hours come from the gym's Google listing and can change on public holidays.
