A decent fitness facility in one of the busiest parts of Tokyo. Adequate gym equipment including free weights, machines and treadmills. Also has an InBody body composition analyzer that somehow measures your bodyfat %, waist-to-hip ratio, etc.

There’s a rooftop pool and jacuzzi with a view. Gym is well-equipped. Several indoor pools. Sauna and cool mist room. Generally friendly young staff (some are super nice while some can be sticklers and dry). Located centrally in nice building. You must know gym, sauna and pool rules (well indicated).

My mother and I moved to Tokyo and looked for a gym. This is what came up first in Google Maps. We tried to go in and just see if it's worth it. The staff are friendly and they will help you with anything ask them. They have studio classes and indoor and outdoor pool also, a jacuzzi!!! There are rules though. For instance, you have to wipe after youre done using a machine. And you have to wear a cap when swimming. And no outside shoes allowed if you go inside a studio class. All in all for me it is good. We got in with a promo. But after 2 months the price is going to be normal. Although if you live in Shinjuku I bet you can afford going here. You can use everything for just around ¥13,000 a month!

gym is fine, has everything you need. cost wise, 2600¥ for casual visit so not cheap but seems to be pretty average for the area. only getting 3 stars due to "NO TATTOO" policy; it's 2019, c'mon.. cover all tattoos with clothing or bandaids if you want to get in.
