My son has been coming here for a while now since joining his confidence has grown a lot he has got better with his listening and he's able to follow instructions better than before he also has a 1 on 1 lesson every week which he loves and has got a lot from All instructors are friendly and are willing to go above and beyond to help treating you more like family/friends rather than just a paying customer Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn martial arts and gain some confidence
Really enjoyed this morning's trial Little Ninja class . Watching my Granddaughter join in . Lovely to meet Steve and Jack. And other parents and families. Will definitely be going to watch her again when I can . She thought it was amazing. Especially pretending to be a lion and elephant. And shouting STOP !! Coffee's excellent, Jack.
Classy name that ironically fits into MMA like it was destiny, amazing place to learn and gave me a second family that i will always have the utmost respect for and love like my own its warm welcoming and the best place to learn to defend yourself, And although its so difficult to learn and remember escapes and techniques the BJJ is absolutely fantastic. Although i would not advise having a month off as when you go back it hurts 🤣
We took our son to Marsden Martial Arts to help him with his confidence and temper control. I'm happy to say we have seen a great deal of improvement already. Over the past year with the pandemic Marsden have continued to have excellent communication, keeping in touch to ensure he's doing okay and checking if he's having any issues with the online videos. The Sensei's and staff are always polite and helpful and they really do take an interest in your child's development. I'm very happy my son joined Marsden and I would highly recommend them to anybody .
I was impressed with my visit to Marsden Martial Arts, the atmosphere was welcoming yet focused a good balance of discipline and encouragement. You can tell that the instructors know their stuff and care about proper technique, not just cardio or flash. Brandon has definitely challenged me in all the right ways. A couple of the drills pushed me harder than I expected, but in a good way. It’s rare to find somewhere that takes things seriously but still makes it feel rewarding. Update: since joining, I've found this isn't for me. The classes are usually quite large which is a intimidating to newbies also, it's also 1/2 instructors to a class of 20 ish. Majority of the students are also mute so some reason too, which is unhelpful.
