I’ve lived here for over a year and just renewed my lease because I genuinely enjoy living in this community. The location is great, and the amenities are a big plus — especially the pool and gym. I also really appreciate the gated entry and security patrol, which make the complex feel safe and secure. The staff have always been friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Maintenance requests can sometimes take a little longer than expected and may require a follow-up, and the recent management transition was a bit messy at first. That said, things seem to have improved since then. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I’m happy to be staying another year.

Officially been here a year! LOVE the community. The event team we are a part of facilitate so much fun. It’s the best way to meet neighbors. Just enjoyed a pop up pumpkin patch! It’s really quiet and such a great place for anyone but as a young family we really enjoy it! We’ve lived in a handful of apartment communities and this is our favorite. It’s so nice to live with people who want to be your neighbor.

I’ve lived at Espiral Apartments for over three years, and overall I enjoy living here because it’s quiet and peaceful. However, I think the gym could be improved. It has very limited equipment, mostly cardio machines and a few free weights, which makes it difficult to get a complete workout. Also, there are two TVs in the gym, but they’ve never worked since I’ve lived here. On top of that, the internet/Wi-Fi signal is very poor, and even cell service is so weak that it’s difficult to use my phone while I’m there. I hope these issues can be addressed, as improving the gym and internet would make the amenities much more enjoyable for residents.

I wish I could give a better review, but our move-in experience has been incredibly frustrating. We were shown a 'partial renovated' unit during the tour and were told or apartment would be similar. The application even started 'renovated'. What we got was far from it, old painted cabinets, outdated appliances, and a microwave that barely qualitfies as an update. The photos and descriptions online were misleading. From day one, we dealt with a long list of issues: broken refrigerator handle and drawer, bedroom windows that didn't lock, clogged sink and tub, leaking washer, stuck dryer, and a poorly functioned AC. Maintenance did their best and responded quickly, but they're clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. New problems kept appearing daily. Although management has been working to ensure the issues are fixed, when we brought our original concern to management, they offered no compensation or meaningful solution, just another unit for more money. If you're thinking about renting her, inspect the actual unit and get everything in writing. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

The fly situation is a never ending problem! If you have an apartment even remotely near the dog park here, be prepared to deal with flies constantly finding their way into your apartment. It's disgusting, because the flies are coming from the dog poop in the park. 🤢 All the complex would need to do is put up a few heavy duty fly traps in the dog park and I'm sure the problem wouldn't be nearly as bad. **Will update this as soon as they fix the situation
