I go to the K1 on Monday and boxing on Wednesday. Excellent workout and well worth it. Better than just running machines and doing weights.

CrossFit is a fantastic form of exercise. Maida caters for all levels, with great coaches and a helpful and friendly community feel. Great value.

Great equipment, great instruction, and very welcoming atmosphere. Designed for every level; from beginner to advance. Run by a lovely guy (Alex) who really knows how to take you to your goals.

Big Spacious gym with a lot of equipment! You can find the usual stuff but also a lot of old school equipment which newer gyms don't really have anymore. I went here to watch an MMA fight and really enjoyed it. There's plenty of free parking around.
