I'm having a good time of getting back in shape and keeping my body moving along. Silver sneaker classes are right on for what I need and Kim is very supportive and encouraging as she takes us through the sessions.
What I enjoy most about your programs and activities is the sense of connection and family they create. Everything feels intentional, welcoming, and centered around bringing people together. I also love that there's a balance of fun, laughter, and meaningful engagement for everyone involved.
So beautiful after the grand reopening! Been a member for a few months during their renovations. The staff has been consistently helpful. It's always so clean. Plenty of GroupEx classes. The childcare got an amazing upgrade and has so much fun stuff for little ones to enjoy. My kids are looking forward to the summer camp programs.
Such a nice facility with nice staff, and I just joined a couple weeks ago. But sadly, I already have to cancel, because I thought I could figure out a way to handle the very restrictive hours of the childcare center, but it's just too odd. Opening from 8-12, then close for 4 hours then reopens at 4-8. It's a bummer that the option to bring your baby to the gym in the afternoon is not available. I'm holding out hope that one day they will change that. Guess I have to settle for overpriced Lifetime down the road
Coming with my family on Sunday evening trying to enjoying my time with my daughter in an empty room with weights and different equipment for work out 10 minutes later a ymca employee comes and tells us we need to leave the room if there is no class ( Studio A) The door was open the lights were on so I don't see why we were not allowed in . The pool is closed due to rain almost every day or at least every time we try to swim (Studio B) the virtual classes are scheduled so even if no one is there, you cant pick a different class and it doesn't allow you ever to pick any class even when there is no class in schedule . My kids love to play basketball but the gym time is very difficult 5-8 Mon - Fri . I wish they could be more thoughtful about timing specially during summer break .
