Marcus is my personal trainer and has been for just over ten years. His decades of learning, teaching and direct hands on experience let me use the word, Master, to describe him. His pre Christmas total refurbishment of the gym floor is first rate, he's installed the latest equipment in a well laid out way and it is air conditioned. Highly recommend!

Been training here for nearly 10 years now and I cannot complain. From the facilities (there's not many MMA locations that has air conditioning), convenient class times and atmosphere, everything here is wonderful. The Head Coach is well known and highly respected in the MMA\BJJ industry and has produced some great students. The guys who help out are also one of a kind.

This is a McDojo 1) they let day 1, zero experience white belts roll full speed with other zero experience white belts. I've seen multiple injuries occur 2) every 3 weeks there's a new rotation of white belts who don't stick around because all the classes are taught by a purple belt who shows you one random, obscure move, then lets the class loose. Barely any drills, no focus on the basics 3) mats are disgusting. They are the cheap, thin, interlocking puzzle type. Bjj starts after the boxing class, and you roll around on puddles of sweat because the ventilation is so bad 4) to get stripes, or a promotion, you need to pay $100.00 to go to their promotion event
