Whether it's your first time in the gym or just need some fine tuning Crux training are the trainers you want to see. I myself saw Tony and he helped fine tune my technique/training to ensure I was lifting pain free. Couldn't recommend more!

I have been training with Tony for 3 years. The man has improved my mental health, physical condition and concentration byond meaurse. Those are the results. His deep understanding of movement, the human condition, strength and conditioning, massage therapy, Olympic lifiting and recovery along with his soft but assertive approach makes Tony the man I trust with traing requirements. I could not recommend CRUX enough! All the coaches are very knowledgeable, professional, and always super friendly. They helped me both recover from a shoulder injury, and rebuild all my lost strength (and plenty more in fact thanks to their gymnastics and weightlifting sessions!). Absolutely love training with them, and would recommend them for everyone, beginners and more experienced athletes alike!

Awesome services from an awesome team! I've had treatments with the Crux Team and they are very professional and have created an environment I felt completely comfortable in. They always go above and beyond to ensure I'm getting the results I'm after, through various treatment methods, as well as giving advice and instruction on corrective exercises. They all demonstrate a detailed understanding of their craft, yet can still explain in layman's terms that I can understand.
