I really enjoyed my time at HyperFit. Jeff, Mike and Steve are wonderful trainers and so focused on form and technique. Traveling across the country for work and visiting other CF gyms, you start to realize how special this is. Also, the community was wonderful. Sadly, I moved away this past summer , but will definitely be visiting if I am ever back in town!

Hyperfit is an awesome gym, it is not for the faint of heart - and they will scare you off if you don't belong there. If you do, you will recieve individualized training and be pushed far beyond what you think you can do by yourself. The owner and trainers are great, helpful and very knowledgeable and always on hand. I recommend it if you are serious about working out or changing your physical fitness.
