The Wise Decision is amazing. I have been working with my trainer Sterling Wise for about 4 years. The training I’ve gotten has helped me improve in several areas of my game. Without The Wise Decision I don’t believe I would be where I am today. Mr.Wise always pushes me to be great in the weight room so the results translate on the field. Not only is Mr.Wise a great trainer but he is also an important member of the Liggett Athletic Community. He trains several of my other friends and always gets outstanding reviews. The Wise Decision helped me a lot.
This is not your traditional gym; it is so much better! I have never felt comfortable in the bigger gym environment and was so excited to find The Wise Decision. The group fitness classes are small, the workouts are challenging and tailored, and Sterling and his team are very positing and encouraging. I feel stronger and healthier since I started working out with Sterling. I cannot recommend this gym enough.
Definitely made a wise decisions when I chose to go to his facility. Great environment, lots of equipment and Sterling is an excellent trainer. Use to wonder how people would wake up and just want to go to the gym....my experience at TWD has made me understand and even gotten me to that point! Joining a Fit Club Class at The Wise Decision was one of the wisest decisions I've ever made. Sterling Wise and his team are incredible. They offer such a positive environment and encourage environment. The workouts they put together are challenging, fun and always different so you're never bored. I'm leaner, stronger and healthier. I'm so glad I made The Wise Decision, you should too!
