I had issues with my back that stemmed from a medical intervention when I was young. I went to many doctors but I really struggled to find the solution for a long time. Finally with the help of Claudia, I was able to better understand the problem and start working on specific exercises to fix it with the great Pilates instructors. My back pain has improved a lot, and I feel so much better after many months of pain. I am even able to continue doing my sports. Claudia and this studio really helped me with my back, thank you to them.

I discovered this studio through my daughter Alice who works there as a pilates teacher and it was a very pleasant surprise. I frequent it for osteopathy and kinesiology treatments and more, with Claudia and Lester, two very professional people who I respect for their humility and ability to solve your problem, I consider myself very lucky for this and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.

I have been attending Claudia's pilates center for more than ten years, they are the height of professionalism and technique. Over the years I have improved my physique by strengthening not only my muscles but also my resistance. The machinery is of the latest generation and the exercises are never the same and never repetitive. The teachers are very prepared and attentive to every type of physical and postural problem. The best you can find!

I really don't recommend them. I won't say anything about the quality of the classes, I'm sure they are very good when it comes to teaching Pilates, but in terms of modus operandi they are really terrible - borderline scam. I am writing for info. They tell me "first you have to do a trial lesson for €45 an hour" Ok, certainly not a little, but okay, I'll go. I take a trial lesson (for 2 people, therefore €90: interesting and well done.) I say I want to approach it with admissions, not with a super expensive monthly pass, and they tell me no problem, ideally you book them in advance as they are in great demand. Well. 5 months later, I still couldn't go. Indeed, if you want to book them well in advance, you discover that it is impossible - as "real season ticket holders" have a right of first refusal. Cit. "Renewals for the new quarter will have priority over those who are already currently attending and therefore it is not possible for us to fulfill your request." Cit. "All evening groups until the end of term (31 March) are full. I can put you on the waiting list for next week's Monday, Wednesday and/or Thursday groups and let you know if we receive a cancellation." (email dated 23.02) Following my comment, from the beginning of March, "I would like to note, however, that it would have been fantastic to understand that coming occasionally would have been semi-impossible for all the reasons listed, before having to do a private lesson for 2x people for €90." >>> radio silence, not an apology, not a few lines to help me.
