I have heard of this type of sport, and spending a few days in San Juan (Alicante) I saw this center. I approached and hired a 6 session voucher to test. My experience was very good, when checking that I do not enter the typical gym, with that characteristic smell of the gyms, the cleaning, lighting, decoration, and above all the attention they offered me as soon as I entered, it was motivating to try this new way to be able to do my exercises. I was surprised by the professionalism of the entire team, as well as the variety of boards, or work we do. Work my whole body. My time passed very quickly and I was totally focused on what I was doing, which also cleared my mind. I found it to be a great experience, totally recommendable, both physically and mentally. I have already seen where I can continue doing it in Madrid, and when my vacation is over, I will continue with fit boxing My thanks for the treatment and giving me this experience.
