Wow just finished my work out and feel really proper again lol but I must say I full-joy working out in this location the staff are very helpful and super nice always welcoming and have a sincere smile on their faces the vibes is very good there they should consider putting some clocks around that's the only thing missing separate from that it's cool to me

4 stars only because it's hard to find. They need better signs . I've gone there twice and couldn't find it . Great gym lots of equipment and people are wearing masks . I'm very impressed with this chain. I've come from Toronto where it's fit4less and all the locations I've been to in Montreal have way more equipment than the toronto ones.

It is a good place, but it get crowded after 5pm! And people who come here just sit on a machine for hours without leaving them for others to use which is very much irritaive at times!! Also, my main concern is that this gym don't have a proper place to do the floor exercises, which is very disappointing. Please do add a floor exercise arena!

I THIS IS SO TRUE '' This gym has no respect for cleanliness or sanitization after reopening from the pandemic. They are not enforcing social distancing measures near the weights and do not have enough staff to be sanitizing properly. I’m extremely disappointed and would never go to this gym again.''
