Fusion and fitness is a great studio where everyone is welcomed. The classes are given by a professional boxer and the classes are adapted for anyone of any levels who wish to learn the sweet science of boxing and just get in better physical shape. Everyone and anyone can learn with the coaches simple methods. There is everything you need from weights to treadmill to Smith machine bikes and etc... The group classes are small so everyone gets the proper help they need from the coach. I strongly recommend fusion and fitness for anyone looking to learn anything about physical fitness boxing and weight training. The vibe is so positive and welcoming. I strongly recommend the studio to anyone of any ages.
