He comprado recientemente un cupón Groupon para hacerme una ecografía 4D a precio muy muy económico. Primero de todo miré reseñas y de que clínica se trataba ya que el precio me parecio barato si lo comparamos con una clínica de ginecologica. He de decir que hemos quedado encantados con el trato. Es una clínica dónde hacen muchas cosas , hay movimiento continuamente, hay personal trabajando y no tienes que esperar cuanto apenas. La chica que estuvo con la eco era dulce, respetuosa, profesional, muy agradable la verdad ( no recuerdo su nombre). Como tengo placenta anterior la cara del bebé era imposible de ver, pudimos ver algunas cositas pero la cara no, así que la chica nos ofreció volver de manera gratuita dos semanas más adelante. La clínica es muy bonita y grande. Desde mi punto de vista no es necesario gastarse 100€ o más para ver la cara de tu bebé porque luego pueden pasar cositas 😅

Disaster in administration. It seems they now charge €70 for the initial consultation. We've been clients since they opened 10 years ago, and they never informed us of this. During the 11 sessions we booked, we asked reception twice if we owed anything. They assured us we didn't owe anything. After the 11 sessions, they sent us a WhatsApp message claiming we owed for one session. The clinic acknowledged the error in the WhatsApp message, yet they treat us like we're in arrears. So, beware of their fees!
Every time I've gone, they've crammed people into the reception area, with clear disorganization and terrible scheduling. I've been three times, and all three times the wait has been between 45 minutes and an hour. They must cram three people into the same time slot, with the difference being that you pay a fortune for the treatments you receive. Very poor management. The only reason I've returned is because of the great professional Pablo Vera, but I won't be back.
