Best staff, most friendly and welcoming. This gym is great if you on the go and in the Sandton area. Parking and easy access.

They have everything, can be very busy at certain times but overall a very nice place to workout.

It's quite small and has old equipment. Best time to workout, after work, is between 3pm - 4:30pm there after it gets stacked.
