The best place to workout! The trainings are as tough as you want so it’s good for every level. What’s definitely best about it is the amazing atmosphere. All the coaches are knowledgeable and super nice and they are masters in motivation while making sure that everyone’s technique is correct. They give modifications where needed so everyone is well taken care of. I can’t recommend it enough! 💪
Had an amazing time! I was visiting Warsaw as a tourist and was just looking for a good workout, and F45 definitely delivered. Adam and Aga (the trainers) during my session were the highlights for me. As someone who doesn’t speak Polish, I was nervous initially, but both trainers were so accommodating to me and explained things to me in English as well. The layout of the workout, both how the equipments were arranged and the exercises themselves, were also great. I definitely would be a regular if I was a local here in Warsaw. Note that I was still pretty jetlagged and apparently joined one of the harder workouts and I STILL had the best time! Highly recommend this community!

Join F45 the first time in January 2022 and this is my very first exercise program ever for me with 2 missions, to be more focus and lose weight. At the beginning, we were suggested to measure our body composition. That result is the base of the trainer to discuss with us after the first workout, so we understand our body better. The workout itself is vary everyday which is challenging for my body at the first 2 weeks - cause I just never exercise at all. However if we do it consistently, your body will get used to it. And yes, now no muscle pain again 😍 The trainers are helpful, experienced, friendly and communicative. They informed about how to do it right, which something that I need. We don't just copy the exercise but we should make an impact. The other trainer also a nutritionist, and she suggests me what food to consume etc. I was a newbie and don't think I'll like to exercise, but when I see the result and the improvement, I'm addictive to it! I can tell even more, but I also need more space 🤩 Thanks F45 Training and the team! Awesome!
