In 2 Life Fitness in Point Cook, Australia shows 4.8 from 25 reviews, and its five written reviews center almost entirely on one named personal trainer, Carolyn, with several clients describing multi-year training relationships and specific health-related outcomes.

A Defense Against a Negative Review

Vanitha Sujith's review is notable because it directly addresses a separate, unfavorable review rather than just describing her own experience: "I find it quite odd that Carolyn has received a one-star rating, and the feedback about Carolyn being rude and that this person's goals weren't met. I have been working with Carolyn for years now, and in fact, I actually sought her out again (when I needed to get back on track) because there was no other trainer I would work with. She is the kindest person and continues to motivate and work with her clients to achieve their goals. She thinks out of the box and makes working out fun. Whilst everyone is entitled to their opinions, I think the service and commitment Carolyn has provided and continues to provide her clients speak for themselves." I'd flag this directly: it confirms a negative, rudeness-related review exists elsewhere on the listing, even though that specific review isn't among the five shown here, so I wouldn't treat Carolyn's five-star pattern as the complete picture without acknowledging that dissenting view exists.

A Detailed Account of Recovery From Knee Surgery

Cheryl Alleyn's review is the most medically specific: "As a lady of a more mature age (me), Carolyn has encouraged me and kept me motivated for over 3 years. I work out online with Carolyn. She makes the workouts fun and personalises them to my specific needs. Carolyn helped me prepare for and recover from a total knee replacement, and without her program I would not have recovered as well as I have." That's a concrete, multi-year account of tailored programming around a specific surgical recovery, worth weighing heavily if you're considering online personal training around a similar procedure.

Consistent Multi-Year Testimonials

Bronwyn O'Beirne's review describes training with Carolyn for years alongside her husband, specifically praising the flexibility of Zoom sessions adapted to travel, including while living in a camper trailer around Australia. Deepthy K G's review specifically credits Carolyn with tailoring workouts around individual health issues, while Jodi's review makes a similar point about goals and ailments being expertly tailored.

What's Missing

No review states exact session pricing. The specific one-star review that Vanitha's review references isn't included in this set, so I wouldn't assume the rudeness complaint has been resolved or was unfounded just because five other reviewers describe a positive experience.

Who It's Not For

Anyone who wants to train in person at a fixed physical location every session, since multiple reviewers specifically describe training with Carolyn online or via Zoom rather than at a traditional gym floor. Anyone who needs exact pricing before committing, since no review gives a specific figure.

We're just going to ignore this one-star rating.
