Wspaniałe ludzie, zawsze dobra energia, super klimat, autentyczne miejsce z pyszną herbatką do którego zawsze chcę się wracać. Monika to nauczycielka z ogromną wiedzą i doświadczeniem dla niej yoga jest stylem życia a nie modą. To jest dobre miejsce dla osób początkujących jak i zaawansowanych z dobrym dojazdem ( i samochód jest gdzie zaparkować:)
Monika is a fantastic, sensitive, and attentive teacher; she carefully guides anyone at any level. The spacious room (with windows overlooking the garden) exudes a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I've been attending classes regularly for over four years! I can't imagine a week without at least one session at Yoga House. I highly recommend it ;) After each session, you're treated to a cup of hot ginger tea.
