I could only speak English but the reception staff always made me feel like it was OK. All the people that come here made me feel welcome even if we didn't speak same language. Are the machines and stuff old? Yes but overall this was a really good experience close to my apartment. Sauna was good. Just another reminder that people in Poland are some of the best people in the world. I'll miss the people. Keep up the good work Cheers

The design is amazing and it's close to my place. The bathroom and area were clean. I cut 1 start because I think the equipments are a bit close to one another.

I recently left this gym and it's the best move I've ever made. Energy Shitness is AWFUL. Exercise machines in disrepair or broken for actual YEARS - this is the worst thing and frankly it shows massive disrespect for the paying customer. Stupid, tacky decor that looks like something out of Tony Montana's McMansion. Changing room locker doors falling off the hinges. Broken toilets, broken toilet door locks. No water fountain for customers but plenty of silly protein bars and bottled water for sale. The list of bad things about Energy Shitness goes on and on. There are only two good things. It's cheap(ish) and conveniently located if you live in this barren desert of a neighbourhood with few other options. I am so, so glad I finally found somewhere much better. I only wish I hadn't wasted so much time and money here.

Racism! The ambience is quite okay. It's okay just to be fit, gym and leave however the one trainer is extremely Racist to foreigners. I don't know about others as I didn't had any interaction with them yet! I myself experienced racism recently. I was doing my chest press workout however I forgot to take the plates out from the Rod and keep it at its place after use for the first time. The trainer came and told me to remove the plates and empty the Rod and angrily he just removed the Pin and throwed down from the Rod. Is this the way to do? They really can't be polite and nice to foreigners ? Let me specify this, most of the times the Rod is never empty for chest press. There is always weight/plates over it and I myself need to clean and empty the Rod to use it. Why doesn't the rule apply to everyone? Also the same trainer was training a man who is polish and they were doing Chest incline through machine and till the end they didn't remove the plates/weight from machine. Why? If he is telling me to do so, Why can't he empty his own machine after use? Not okay !! So this is only for foreigners and not for polish people? Learn to be polite and the rules should be applied to everyone for removing the plates after use no matter which race you belong too and also no matter what/which machine and Rod it is. As trainers, you need to remember that you work for someone rather than thinking it's your own gym. Thanks!
