The Core (Zdrofit) in Warsaw shows 4.6 from 959 reviews, and its five written reviews reveal a consistent pattern worth knowing before your first visit: strong praise for the sauna and spa area, paired with recurring, specific complaints about shower cleanliness and signage.

A Detailed Complaint About Ventilation and Shower Navigation

Tetiana Sakun's review, from October 2024, is the most detailed here: "Unfortunately, the gym has poor ventilation, and the air feels stuffy, making it difficult to breathe. During my workout, my heart rate stayed above 150, even without doing strenuous exercises. Additionally, finding the shower area was challenging due to a lack of clear signs. I accidentally entered the wrong shower, which was uncomfortable and led to an awkward situation in the bathhouse area." I'd flag that improved heart rate detail directly, since a stuffy environment measurably affecting exertion levels is a more concrete complaint than a vague comment about air quality.

A Detailed Account of Spa Amenities Undercut by a Specific Hygiene Issue

Javor Samuels's review, from May 2026, praises the facility broadly while raising a pointed concern: "I recently discovered this gym and am I very impressed with it. The staff members are exceptionally helpful, the facilities are vast, and there is an abundance of equipment available. I particularly enjoy the sauna area, as this is one of the few gyms that offers a comprehensive spa experience. However, the only drawback I have encountered is the unpleasant odor of urine in the showers within the spa area, which can be quite unbearable at times." I'd note that this echoes a broader pattern across these reviews: strong praise for the sauna and spa offering itself, paired with specific, recurring hygiene concerns in the adjoining shower areas.

A Detailed Account of Reception Speed and Shower Cleanliness

Ahmet Uzan's review, from April 2024, adds a related but distinct complaint: "The reception works very slowly, and there's only one person. The shower floors are really, really bad; I have to shower at home because they're not clean. I leave my shampoo and shower gel on the floor because there's no place to put them in the first two shower cabins. I only come for the sauna. The sauna is very good." I'd treat that specific behavior, showering at home instead of at the gym, as a meaningful signal of how seriously he takes the cleanliness issue, despite still recommending the sauna specifically.

Additional Accounts of Crowding, Rules, and Positive Staff

Mitch Tummel's review describes the gym as generally fine but notes some unusual rules and significant crowding at times. Daniel Garcia Diaz's review, from March 2026, keeps things positive and brief, praising both the training experience and the staff team.

What's Missing

Nothing here confirms whether the recurring shower and ventilation complaints, raised across reviews spanning late 2024 through mid-2026, have been structurally addressed. No review states exact membership pricing.

Who It's Not For

Anyone with high hygiene expectations for shower facilities specifically, given multiple independent, specific complaints spanning nearly two years about shower cleanliness and odor. Anyone sensitive to stuffy indoor air during exercise, given at least one detailed, measured account of poor ventilation affecting exertion levels.

The gym is ok but has some annoying rules to follow, a bit odd for traditional gym. Can be very crowded at times

So, in case, you think they just have a shower in the sauna, they’ll have additional in the changing rooms😅
