I joined CVD 9 months ago after 25 years as a dedicated gym goer. After numerous problems with my neck, I finally realised I needed a different type of exercise. I am now a complete convert to Reformer Pilates! I am still as toned, but much more more supple and free of neck pain. Denise and Coenie have created a wonderful environment, incredibly skilled teaching, very friendly and with a calming atmosphere. The bonus is that the environment and the breathing necessary for the pilates has greatly helped with managing my stress levels in a very demanding job. I cannot recommend CVD more highly.

I had never tried Reformer Pilates before and I was thoroughly impressed with how it worked my body in all the right ways including working on my strength and flexibility. Denise went at my own pace and took time to talk me through the exercises and correct breathing technique. The studio is a lovely place to go for a whole body workout and the customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend Denise and Reformer Pilates at CVD Wellbeing!
