Hawkestone CrossFit

I have been back at Hawkestone for the past two months and I must say it feels great to be back! The members at the gym range from elite athlete to beginner but all of them are friendly and passionate about their workouts. I love the fact that you walk into class and you don’t have to think about programming, everything is done for you! Elma (owner) pushes her members to be the best version of themselves not to mention she’s also an incredible athlete and person!

I've been an athlete for the majority of my life and training has always been something important to me. I have trained in different ways but none have had the impact that Elma has had in terms of intensity, instruction, and a commitment to making a person as fit as they would like to be. The passion Elma has for her gym and the people that she trains is second to none. I've moved from Mississauga and still would look at Elma's plans as a reference to see my own progression in CrossFit, since I believe they set the bar. I'd highly recommend seeing her!

I am a member for last 3 months and I have seen significant change in my shape, stamina and strength over this period. If you are looking for a no non-sense workout and results, then Hawkestone Crossfit is the place for you. The trainers are experienced, community is supportive and facility is spacious. You just have to show up regularly and rest will be history.
