Best gym i have ever been to barr none. Its so clean, and well managed. It has top notch equipment and extremely knowledgeable staff. The variety of people going here is a testament to how well the gym is equipped and the ability of the staff to set your program. This place has anywhere from senior citizens to athletes to world ranked bodybuilders , who by the way blend in with no attitude. Love this place and love Ron and Shelly . Gym owners with heart who genuinely care.
The owners are great, the machines are all looked after and it is very clean. Everyone just goes about their workouts. Love it!
