I've gone here somewhat regularly for about 3 years, always a good experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is always clean and in good condition. Great range of equipment, everything you need is there. Love the chalk bucket. A lot of places don't even let you use chalk, let alone give it to you. Best gym in the area for sure.
Really enjoyed training with Donavon. He was extremely knowledgeable and pushed me to reach my health goals while taking my specific limitations into consideration. I enjoyed the gym so much I became a member after ending my personal training.
The facility has everything you need to you get a great workout, regardless of goals. It was super clean and the staff was very friendly. Also, the place was CLEAN. The owner, Jared, is awesome and very passionate about what he does. Seriously, check this place out.
I was only in the area for a short time, but I had a great experience at this gym. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. This gym is also very well-run. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a solid place to work out.
Going to the gym has never been my thing. I have tried others and have never felt comfortable. But when I walked in, this gym was different. My personal trainer, Matt, has made me feel comfortable and checks in with me every day. He has totally changed my way of looking at food. Hopefully my "fluffy" days are going to be behind me!!!
