Steve was so great and helpful with his cart helping us transport our stuff to the explore room. He was proactive in looking for our party to help out. The rest of the staff was amazing as well but Steve was absolutely exceptional

The Epic stands by its name. It's DEFINITELY and epic place to be at. They have everything from a family friendly swimming area to a gym to rental areas to host your event. We rented the "Warehouse" spot for our daughter's graduation celebration on June 1st. Meghan was the coordinator for that and was the best person to help us. From the beginning she went above and beyond to make sure we understood what all entailed in our rental agreement and the services provided. She was the sweetest at making sure everything was ready for us upon arrival. I would definitely recommend the Warehouse venue for your event and I would definitely like to rent it out again. The only down side is the hours of operation for it, I think it would be awesome to extend the ending hours even if it's just by an hour later. But the view you get is amazing. ~Lea

Being members since their inaugural year means we've been through their growing pains like during COVID, their budget deficits, and more. I overall recommend this place especially for the group fit. While the selection isn't very diverse, consistently I can expect yoga, Pilates, and CrossFit. From time to time there's other classes, but having group fit is something I really enjoy. The kids programs are overall great. The staff that oversee it are friendly and I can tell they actually enjoy kids. I don't see staff on their phones, and they typically know my kids' names before I sign them in. They're going through more changes with their kids stuff, but overall after myself and other parents voiced our concerns they seemed to take our opinion into consideration after much debate. Overall, it's a good facility and I hope they continue to find ways to be inclusive of all their members, and not just the gym bros.

Gone downhill. Lockers always not working in locker rooms with wet floor not moped which is a slip hazard. A lot of the equipment doesn't work properly. Too many kids and the basketball courts are being used by people play basketball games full of court when they are supposed to be shared. People using their phones in the locker too. Gonna look around at some other places. It's too bad because this place can be a lot better like it used to be.

Some of the amenities are cool. But when signing up they don't mention the child care cost. Made it seem like it was included. The facility is practically run by a bunch of teenagers on their phones in childcare or other areas. Today the big kids room was closed in the am when it should have been open. We had to leave. You ask the young kids questions and it seems like they are inconvenienced. The kids rooms stink like old milk or water. I had 4 kids in karate, dance, parents night out and other art activities. The last straw was the rude teenagers working the courts in the evenings. My daughter went to play volleyball the other night and forgot to take her shoes. She had some foam runners. They kicked her off immediately and told her she wasn't allowed. She asked if she could stay this one time since she drove out. They told her no that the rules said court shoes. She had to drive back home. I feel they could have made a courtesy exception once with a warning. I had our membership for a few years now, but too many issues now. I'm not going to pay to watch them be on their phones while working but it's bad that my daughter gets puts rules on her immediately.
