A really great studio with great women - both trainers and trainees. After initial skepticism, as I have been training with equipment and free weights in standard studios for over 20 years, I am completely convinced of the concept. It is effective because the training plan is individually designed and constantly adjusted. Various courses are also offered, so there should be something for everyone.

Small but nice... Very nice trainers who are happy to help you well. Not just in terms of sport, but also nutrition. Clean Parking spaces right around the corner.

I signed up with this Gym now for two months. In the beginning I was a little worried about the price, but it's well worth it! They really help you a lot and give you tips when needed. Also the classes and other events to sign up for, are a nice change of routine. There are regular measurements to see if you are still on track and if you need anything else, that way you really make sure you reach your goals. The service is really personal and you can go sport on very flexible times. I definitely recommend Mrs.Sporty Club Leverkusen Opladen! :)
