A really great gym. The trainers are all super nice and always open to any questions. In addition, the opening times are so great (training is possible until 10 p.m.), so there are actually no excuses for regular training.

A really great studio with great women - both trainers and trainees. After initial skepticism, as I have been training with equipment and free weights in standard studios for over 20 years, I am completely convinced of the concept. It is effective because the training plan is individually designed and constantly adjusted. Various courses are also offered, so there should be something for everyone.

A great fitness studio where you simply feel comfortable and in good hands. Successes are quickly visible if you commit to it. Special thanks to the trainer, who seems to have a solution for every "problem" :) 10/10 recommendation:)

I signed up with this Gym now for two months. In the beginning I was a little worried about the price, but it's well worth it! They really help you a lot and give you tips when needed. Also the classes and other events to sign up for, are a nice change of routine. There are regular measurements to see if you are still on track and if you need anything else, that way you really make sure you reach your goals. The service is really personal and you can go sport on very flexible times. I definitely recommend Mrs.Sporty Club Leverkusen Opladen! :)
