The moment I entered the studio for the first time a good year ago, I immediately felt welcome and at ease. Kathi and her team are very warm and teach with a lot of love. I especially like that there is a new focus for the yoga classes every week, so that you always get to know new facets of yoga. After an hour of Sunny Mind Yoga, I always feel much more balanced. Thanks for that! :)

A beautiful yoga studio where you can feel good. I attended Kathi's yoga for beginners course and felt that I was in good hands at all times. All exercises were explained clearly and in detail, you had enough time to practice the asanas and were lovingly corrected so that you always went home with a good feeling. I can only recommend the studio and will attend further courses. The concept of the many open courses on offer is very good and there is something for everyone, including beginners.

Anyone looking for a yoga practice that is not the same every day but has many facets will get their money's worth here. 🌞 I am currently doing the yoga teacher training at Sunny Mind and I love it! Kathi is incredibly committed as a trainer, close to life and inspires in conversations and every yoga class that she gives herself. ❤️ I can only warmly recommend the Yoga Studio Sunny Mind ✨

I came to Sunnymind Yoga through my girlfriend, who is now also a yoga teacher, and I felt completely in good hands from the start! Everyone is very warm and you can come to Kathi or the other yoga teachers at any time with personal concerns! I also love the app you can use to log in to the lessons!
