I couldn't be more impressed with the customer service from beginning to end. In fact, because of this experience, I've already scheduled ADS to come back next week to repair my gate. That's how much confidence they've earned. I'll absolutely be recommending ADS to all of my friends and family, whether they need a repair or simply want to replace their garage door opener before they run into problems. ADS are the best! Jacob was our service member and he was amazing! He came out to do a yearly maintenance check and noted that our garage door springs were on their last legs. He was very professional, replaced the springs of our garage door in a timely manner, and he explained thoroughly what he was doing. If Jacob is your service member, you’re in great hands. We upgraded our wood garage door today to a new aluminum and dark glass model that we got from ADS garage doors. Antonio and his assistant did an excellent job The workmanship was excellent and everything operates smoothly. I appreciate the precision and clean finish. Thank you for the quality work. Great customer service, first of all, and most important to me. The candy at the front desk sells me every time, lol. They have working sample garage doors with a great selection to experience hands on. All the details were taken care of for me. Wonderful!
